Effective Date: 11 October 2026
1. Operator Identity and Scope of Agreement
Young Souls Event ("Young Souls", "we", "us", or "our") operates social events in Bangkok, Thailand. These Terms of Sale, Refund and Entry Policy ("Terms") govern all ticket purchases, reservations, orders, and attendance across all events organized by Young Souls. These Terms are incorporated alongside and must be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy. By ticking the acceptance checkbox during checkout and completing a booking, you enter into a binding legal agreement subject to these Terms.
2. Minimum Age and Identification Requirements
Attendance is strictly restricted to individuals aged 20 years or older, in compliance with statutory legal drinking age regulations under Thai law. By initiating a booking, you certify that you meet this age threshold. We may ask to see valid photo identification (a physical passport or a Thai National ID card) if we have reason to doubt that a person is 20 or older, or where the law or the venue requires it. The name on the identification does not need to match the name on the ticket. If asked and you cannot show that you are 20 or older, we may refuse admission, without entitlement to a refund.
3. Booking Mechanics, Payment Execution, and Reservations
3.1 Non-Reservation Status of Pending Bookings: Submission of the online booking form generates a pending reservation request only. A pending booking does not secure, reserve, or guarantee event admission or ticket availability.
3.2 Binding Reservation via Payment Confirmation: A ticket reservation is confirmed, and a binding contract formed, strictly upon successful receipt and verification of full payment. Confirmed tickets incorporating a unique QR code are dispatched via electronic mail. Tickets are issued in limited quantities and inventory may exhaust prior to payment completion.
3.3 Payment Verification Framework: Bank transfer payments (including PromptPay) are verified automatically by reading the QR code on the transfer slip image uploaded during checkout and checking it with the bank. Where automated verification cannot process a transaction (including select international transfers or third-party remittance services), verification is executed manually by staff, with confirmation dispatched upon manual clearance. Re-uploading transfer slips repeatedly does not accelerate processing. Buyers must retain original proof of payment records. Credit and debit card transactions are processed and authorized directly via our gateway payment service provider.
3.4 Pricing Structure and Tiers: Ticket pricing varies according to tier structure (e.g., Early Bird, Standard, Group Packages, and Promotional Discount Codes) and purchase timing. Early Bird allocations terminate strictly at the designated cutoff date/time or upon inventory exhaustion, whichever occurs first. Unpaid Early Bird bookings upon tier expiration automatically reprice to the prevailing Standard rate, with notification provided prior to payment submission.
3.5 Door Sales and Pay-at-Door Terms: Selecting "Pay at the Door" constitutes a non-binding notification of intent to attend and does not allocate, reserve, or hold event capacity. Door admissions are executed strictly on a first-come, first-served basis up to maximum licensed venue capacity. Young Souls maintains no obligation to admit Pay-at-Door registrants once venue capacity is reached.
3.6 Venue Capacity Restrictions: Event capacity is subject to strict venue safety limits. Young Souls reserves the right to terminate online ticket sales or cease physical entry at any time upon reaching capacity, without prior notice.
3.7 Accuracy of Registration Data: Purchasers are solely responsible for transmitting accurate personal details, email addresses, and payment data. Group bookings constitute a single order settled via a single unified payment transaction. Purchasers submitting details on behalf of secondary guests warrant that they hold explicit authorization to disclose such data under applicable law.
3.8 Card Payments: Where card payment is offered, a flat card-processing fee of 4% of the ticket price is added to the total and is shown at checkout before you pay. Bank transfer and PromptPay carry no such fee. The fee is not part of the ticket price.
4. Ticket Conditions, Transferability, and Name Changes
4.1 Each digital ticket authorizes single entry for one individual. QR codes invalidated by prior entry scanning shall be rejected. In the event of duplicate ticket duplication or sharing, entry will be granted strictly to the individual presenting the code upon initial validation scan.
4.2 Tickets are personal to the designated attendee and shall not be resold, offered for commercial resale, or transferred for financial gain.
4.3 Name change requests on issued tickets may be submitted via email to youngsouls.event@gmail.com or via Instagram direct message (@youngsouls.event). Each request is evaluated at our sole discretion. Approval of a name change does not create any right to a contract cancellation or refund.
4.4 Lost or deleted digital tickets may be re-issued to the primary registered email address upon verification of the original booking record.
5. Refund, Cancellation, and Event Modification Policy
5.1 Finality of Sales / Non-Refundability for Change of Mind: All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Refunds shall not be issued for change of mind, personal scheduling conflicts, inability to attend, late arrival, booking errors executed by the purchaser, or entry refusal resulting from violations set forth in Section 2 or Section 6.
5.2 Organizer Cancellation: In the event an event is cancelled entirely by Young Souls, ticket purchasers shall receive a full refund of the face value of the ticket within 14 calendar days of the formal cancellation announcement, remitted to the original payment method utilized (or via direct bank transfer where original method refund is technically unfeasible).
5.3 Event Rescheduling: If an event is postponed and rescheduled to an alternative date, issued tickets remain valid for the revised date. Purchasers unable to attend the rescheduled event date may request a full refund of the ticket face value by submitting written notice within 7 calendar days of the formal postponement announcement.
5.4 Programme and Venue Adjustments: Revisions to performance schedules, supporting entertainment, artist lineups or event duration, or a change of event venue within the metropolitan area of Bangkok, Thailand, do not automatically entitle ticket holders to a refund, provided the event proceeds on the scheduled calendar date. If a change does not work for you, contact us and we will normally refund the ticket price.
5.5 Force Majeure Events: Where an event cannot proceed due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Young Souls—including severe weather conditions, emergency municipal orders, venue closures mandated by state authorities, civil unrest, or force majeure—the event shall be treated as cancelled or rescheduled pursuant to Section 5.2 or Section 5.3.
5.6 Billing Discrepancies and Duplicate Charges: Where duplicate charges, overpayments, or technical payment processing errors occur, Young Souls shall refund the excess amount following technical verification. Payments received that cannot be matched to a valid booking shall be returned to the remitting party.
5.7 Exclusion of Ancillary Fees: Approved refunds cover the ticket face value paid to Young Souls. Refunds explicitly exclude third-party financial transaction fees, intermediary bank processing charges, currency conversion spreads, or international transfer commissions incurred by the buyer. For orders paid by card, the card-processing fee described in Section 3.8 is retained by the payment processor and is not refunded; the refund is the ticket price only.
5.8 Refund Request Procedure: Formal refund claims under Sections 5.2, 5.3, or 5.6 must be transmitted to youngsouls.event@gmail.com or via Instagram (@youngsouls.event) containing the purchaser's full name, registered email address, and order reference number. Valid claims will be acknowledged within 2 working days and processed within 14 calendar days.
5.9 Consumer rights. Nothing in these Terms purports to exclude, restrict, or modify non-waivable statutory rights available to consumers under the Consumer Protection Act B.E. 2522 (1979) or applicable Thai consumer protection regulations.
6. Venue Admission, Guest Conduct, and Re-Entry Rules
6.1 Young Souls and venue security personnel maintain absolute authority to refuse admission to, or eject from the premises, any individual whose conduct poses a risk to safety, capacity compliance, legal adherence, or the peaceful enjoyment of other attendees, without entitlement to a refund.
6.2 Attendees must adhere to instructions issued by event staff and venue personnel. Prohibited items include illicit narcotics, hazardous substances, weapons, pyrotechnics, and objects capable of causing physical harm.
6.3 Venue house rules, operating hours, capacity controls, and alcohol service restrictions are enforced in strict accordance with Thai statutory legislation and local municipal regulations.
6.4 Re-Entry Policy: Re-entry on the same night is permitted, provided we can identify you as a guest who has already checked in. You can do this by showing your ticket or the wristband we give you at check-in. If you cannot be identified in either way, we may refuse re-entry.
7. Promotional Photography and Media Consent
Event operations involve commercial photography and video recording for digital marketing, social media publishing, and promotional archives. By entering the event premises, attendees acknowledge such recording activities. Attendees wishing to opt out of published promotional imagery may notify event staff on-site or submit a written request post-event identifying the specific material for removal or blurring where technically achievable.
8. Personal Data Handling
Personal data collected in connection with ticket sales, entry validation, and event administration is processed strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is fully incorporated into these Terms.
9. Payment Disputes and Unauthorized Chargebacks
In the event of a payment discrepancy or order error, purchasers agree to contact Young Souls directly at youngsouls.event@gmail.com or via Instagram (@youngsouls.event) prior to initiating a dispute or chargeback request with their issuing bank or payment gateway provider. We undertake to acknowledge and address inquiries within 2 working days. Initiating an unauthorized payment reversal without prior notice causes administrative disruption, and Young Souls reserves the right to submit booking records, digital delivery records, and entry check-in validation receipts to payment providers as evidence of completed service delivery.
10. Limitation of Liability and Assumption of Risk
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Thai law, attendees assume all personal risks, loss, damage, or theft of personal property associated with attendance at the event. Young Souls shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from event attendance or cancellation, save for liability that cannot be lawfully excluded pursuant to statutory law.
11. Governing Law, Jurisdiction, and Severability
These Terms shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any legal dispute, claim, or proceeding arising out of or in connection with these Terms or event attendance shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Courts of Bangkok, Thailand. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
